Responsibilities include entering orders in ERP, updating status, coordinating shipping, ensuring paperwork accuracy, and professional vendor and customer inquiries. Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service, administrative, logistics, or manufacturing support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• ERP/MRP systems experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer orders and job information in the ERP system.
• Communicate order status, production updates, and deliveries.
• Review paperwork for accuracy before releasing orders.
• Respond professionally to customer and vendor inquiries.
• Track open orders and follow up to prevent delays.
• Assist with shipping, scheduling, reports, and data entry.
• Coordinate with shop personnel while following safety procedures.
