Job summary

Brothers International in Florida is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, and work with Sales, suppliers, carriers and internal teams to keep orders on track.

The ideal candidate has hands-on logistics experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly by email and phone while supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or combination of equivalent education and work experience.
• Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Contract management: monitor performance and approvals for orders and shipments.
• Order coordination: track pending orders, coordinate with customers, vendors, and sales.
• Supplier relationship building: communicate with overseas suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Issue resolution: promptly address complaints with effective solutions and follow-ups.
• Documentation management: maintain compliance and audit-ready records.
• Invoicing and billing support: assist with invoicing and AR tasks as needed.
• Continuous improvement: participate in process improvements to optimize operations.
