The role collaborates with the Branch Manager to optimize inventory, monitor stock levels, and support delivery requirements.

The coordinator will resolve complaints, oversee loading/unloading, and use Agility and On Demand routing tools to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring work orders are executed on schedule.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams as needed.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use On Demand routing to dispatch trucks and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track stock levels in Agility and report to Branch Manager.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and address damaged/outdated stock.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures.
• Support branch leadership to achieve strategic goals.
