Employment Solutions is seeking a Sales Support / Customer Service Specialist to work on site in Milford, CT, supporting our field sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time role offers outstanding benefits and direct-hire position.

The role includes generating quotes, coordinating order entry, liaising with quality, engineering, and manufacturing, and maintaining ERP/CRM data. Travel to customer locations may be required (+/-10%).

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and Teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to field sales and internal personnel.
• Liaise between customer, quality, engineering, and manufacturing departments.
• Generate quotes and coordinate order entry.
• Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop customer relationships and support sales growth.
• Maintain customer data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
• Analyze account activity and forecast sales.
• Occasional travel to customer locations (+/-10%).
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize prospecting and sales methods.
