Job summary

Interactive Display Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to support established clients and work closely with the Account Manager to drive sales and ensure smooth order processing.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, order management, and collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, and outside sales to meet delivery commitments and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the Account Manager to determine strategic approaches for sales.
• Process sales orders from customers and communicate changes with related departments.
• Contact customers after sales to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Warehouse for order status and delivery commitments.
• Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
• Inform customers of production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
