Incident IQ in Atlanta is seeking a Customer Success Intern to contribute to customer success operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This hands-on role involves auditing data health in Gainsight, building knowledge systems with AI, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CS tools (Gainsight, CRM, Confluence) or willingness to learn.
• Excellent writing and planning skills.
• Interest in AI for operational efficiency and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Shadow CS activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Build a Community Knowledge Base and audit Confluence docs.
• Use AI tools to capture solutions and create a reference database.
• Design and implement Gainsight CS dashboards.
• Support data health audits and go-live milestones.
