Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator in Des Moines to provide operational support for testing accommodations. You will handle client inquiries, schedule exam appointments, and coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and test centers to ensure requirements are executed properly.

The role requires collaboration with multiple service providers and adherence to ADA accommodation policies, acting as a candidate advocate throughout scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service position or equivalent experience.
• Strong professional communication and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential material.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, candidates, and internal teams to provide exceptional service.
• Execute accommodation requests accurately following client guidelines, meeting 1 business day KPI.
• Coordinate with service providers to schedule readers, interpreters, and other support.
• Ensure equipment, software, and exam content are prepared and shipped to test centers for exam day.
• Communicate exam appointment details to Pearson VUE centers to ensure site readiness.
• Serve as SME on test center capacity guidelines to meet KPI targets.
• Support Helpdesk lines for accommodation-related inquiries.
