Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator to provide operational support for testing accommodations across clients and candidates. You will handle inquiries, schedule exams, and coordinate with test centers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved accommodations including extra time, separate rooms, and required assistive services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service position.
• Strong communication and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential material discreetly.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, candidates and internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Execute approved accommodation requests following client guidelines within 1 business day.
• Coordinate with vendors for readers, interpreters, and translators per requirements.
• Prepare and ship equipment, software, and exam content to test centers.
• Communicate exam details to Pearson VUE centers to ensure site readiness.
• Act as SME on test center capacity and meet KPI targets.
• Support Helpdesk lines for accommodations.
