Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator to support clients and candidates by implementing approved testing accommodations and scheduling exams.

The role interfaces with external vendors, test centers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services, including equipment, software, interpreters, and other support as needed. The position emphasizes adherence to ADA guidelines and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service position.
• Strong professional communication and time management skills as well as excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential material.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accommodations scheduling and implementation with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Manage input of accommodation approvals from clients and ensure data accuracy and security.
• Identify non-standard requests and elevate to Accommodation Review team.
• Work overtime when requested based on business needs.
