Cengage Group is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to act as a strategic partner for customers in the assigned territory. You will ensure customers realize value from Cengage technology, drive adoption, and renew relationships across the lifecycle.

In this role, you will develop tailored success plans, provide proactive training, and advocate for customers during issue resolution, while translating usage data into actionable insights to uncover upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success.
• Ability to travel 20-30% by air and car.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner and trusted advisor to Cengage customers within assigned territory.
• Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes through effective use of Cengage technology and drive adoption.
• Build strong, enduring relationships throughout the customer lifecycle and renew revenue targets.
• Develop and implement tailored success plans aligned with customer goals to increase product usage.
• Provide proactive training and guidance, advocate for customers during issue resolution, and identify upsell opportunities.
