Nestlé is seeking a results-driven business planning and analytics leader in Bridgewater, NJ. You will develop analytics to support marketing strategy, coordinate cross-functional plans, and manage promotional programs to drive topline and bottom line growth.

You will influence pricing, trade promotions, and category management, while building senior-level relationships and leading P&L decisions. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and strong compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in consumer packaged goods required.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• P&L management and financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Lead business planning by analytics to support marketing strategy.
• Coordinate strategies and initiatives across field and internal teams.
• Develop and manage promotional programs and monitor results.
• Support revenue growth management strategies to lift topline and bottom line.
• Provide leadership on 4Ps evaluation to drive performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure forecast attainment and budget alignment.
