Job summary

Quality Talent Group in the United States seeks a data-driven insights professional to lead customer strategies using Circana/Nielsen data and POS analytics. You will translate data into actionable narratives for retailer plans and become a strategic partner to Customer Development teams.

Bring 4+ years in consumer products analytics, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with BI tools. This role collaborates across Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply and Commercial teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in customer sales, insights or related field in a CPG environment.
• Experience translating data into actionable customer strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer-specific strategies and activation plans aligned to priorities.
• Synthesize insights from syndicated data and POS performance to inform plans.
• Deliver sell-in stories, performance readouts and growth recommendations.
• Own insights, line reviews, and strategic deep dives (distribution gaps, promo effectiveness).
• Collaborate with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply and Commercial teams for aligned execution.
