Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a leading consumer health and personal care company to recruit a data-driven Customer Insights & Analytics professional in the United States. You will synthesize Circana/Nielsen data, POS metrics and retailer performance to craft customer plans and sell‑in narratives that fuel growth.

The role requires translating complex insights into clear actions and collaborating with Brand, Finance and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience translating data into actionable customer strategies.
• Strong analytics and narrative development for retailer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer strategies and activation plans aligned to brand priorities.
• Synthesize insights from syndicated data, POS, and retailer performance to inform customer plans.
• Deliver clear sell-in stories, performance readouts and growth recommendations to Customer Development teams.
• Own and deliver customer insights and strategic deep dives (e.g., promo effectiveness, distribution gaps).
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning to ensure aligned execution.
