Quality Talent Group in Prairie Creek, AR is seeking a data-driven professional to lead customer insights and activation plans for our consumer health and personal care brands. You will synthesize syndicated data, retailer data, and POS metrics to craft sell-in stories and growth recommendations.

The role partners with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution and forecasting, delivering actionable insights and strategic deep dives on distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years of customer sales, category insights/management, analytics or related field in consumer products.
• Experience translating data into actionable customer strategies and narratives.
• Proficient with syndicated data and POS analytics; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer-specific strategies and activation plans aligned to brand and category priorities.
• Synthesize insights from syndicated data, retailer data, and POS performance to inform customer plans.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Customer Development teams with clear sell-in stories and growth recommendations.
• Own and deliver customer insights, line reviews, and strategic deep dives (distribution gaps, promo effectiveness).
• Partner across Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Commercial teams for aligned execution.
