Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Springdale, AR is seeking a skilled analytics professional to lead customer insights and activation plans. You will synthesize syndicated data and retailer performance to inform strategic sell-in stories and growth recommendations.

The role partners with Brand, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution, forecasting support, and effective category management. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in consumer analytics is required; proficiency with

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights or related field in a consumer products environment.
• Strong experience with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), POS analytics and customer performance metrics.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable customer strategies and narratives.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer-specific strategies and activation plans aligned to brand and category priorities.
• Synthesize insights from syndicated data, retailer data, POS performance, and category fundamentals to inform customer plans.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Customer Development teams by delivering sell-in stories, performance readouts and growth recommendations.
• Own and deliver customer insights, line review support, and strategic deep dives (distribution gaps, innovation pacing, promo effectiveness).
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution and forecasting support.
