Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations-focused professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US. You will coordinate master data, systems interfaces, pricing, contracts, and government pricing to ensure reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, finance, and IT—to drive process improvements, manage risk, and support NDC-12 readiness.

Qualifications

• Currently in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in the Bayer Pharma Division.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience with regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized/specialty supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into practical actions across IT and business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, contracting and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and external partners; manage risk and readiness reporting.
