Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and drive readiness for NDC-12 while optimizing efficiency and quality across master data, systems, and programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical operations, supply chain, and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and inventory operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into operational actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including billing and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and customer engagements.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing, and programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance teams.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and provide updates to PMO.
