Curries, an ASSA ABLOY brand, is seeking a Specialized Customer Solutions Representative to join our Mason City manufacturing facility. You will provide front-line support, manage orders, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Production and Distribution to ensure customer satisfaction. Travel is 0–10%.

This on-site role reports to the Customer Service Manager and offers growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Provide front-line customer support and follow-up.
• Handle and support a customer's complete order process including pre-sale and post-sales service functions.
• Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Production and Distribution.
• Liaise with Suppliers, Distributors, Architects, and Contractors.
• Identify areas for updates to policies and procedures.
