Curries, an ASSA ABLOY brand, is seeking a Specialized Customer Solutions Representative for our Mason City, Iowa facility. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Customer Service Manager and focuses on technical, multi-step customer inquiries and order support from pre-sale to post-sale.

You will collaborate with sales, service, and operations, resolve issues, and provide clear product information, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or engineering.
• 2–4 years manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to understand templates, blueprints, and production drawings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and complex inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support complete order process from pre-sale to post-sale services.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and administrative departments.
• Explain products and services and convert to sales when appropriate.
• Identify improvements to policies and procedures.
