Job summary

Curries, an ASSA ABLOY brand, is seeking a Specialized Customer Solutions Representative for our Mason City, Iowa facility. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Customer Service Manager and involves front-line customer support, order processing, and close collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Production, and Distributors.

You will handle technical inquiries, provide solutions, and support the sales and service teams while contributing to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required; manufacturing experience preferred
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong math, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with the complete order process including pre- and post-sales service
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Production and Distribution
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Distributors, Architects and Contractors
• Explain and recommend solutions, convert to sales where appropriate
• Identify process improvements to boost customer satisfaction
• Maintain customer relationships through professional communication
• Resolve billing or service issues and expedite orders when needed
