Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with basic math (geometry/algebra) helps.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, renderings desirable.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email).

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders with high accuracy for production/manufacturing.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and problems while tracking metrics.
• Communicate order discrepancies, conflicts, and shipping delays; follow up until resolved.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
