Trane Technologies in Cincinnati is seeking a Customer Sales Associate for our Trane Supply stores. You will be the trusted advisor helping customers with parts and equipment, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality solutions while meeting sales goals.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, inside sales or retail experience, and a track record of building relationships in a fast-paced environment. This position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with emphasis on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
• Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-on extensions.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions for satisfaction and future sales.
• Keep current on knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to provide premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management with accuracy to expedite fulfillment and delivery.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
