You'll work with JD Edwards ERP and Microsoft Office, collaborate with Sales and Operations, and respond to inquiries while processing bills and reports under supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic math and data entry skills; ability to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with electronic order entry and processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Code bills and invoices and coordinate with AP for payment.
• Maintain inventory levels and support warehouse activities as needed.
• Prepare reports under supervision and aid teammates with tasks.
