Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using JD Edwards or a similar ERP system.
• Strong math skills including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards ERP and AgVend.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Submit and code bills and invoices to AP for payment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels.
• Conduct daily/monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Prepare reports with minimal supervision and support pricing inquiries.
• Act as informal team lead and ensure administrative tasks are completed.
