Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis, a long-established Ag leader, seeks a Customer & Business Solutions Representative II to handle order entry, inquiries, pricing, and inventory support in a hands-on branch role. You’ll work with Sales and Operations to ensure customer needs are met and inventory remains aligned with demand.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong MS Office and JD Edwards ERP familiarity, and solid math skills. This on-site role supports a range of benefits and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn JD Edwards ERP.
• Strong math skills including fractions, percentages and ratios.
• Willingness to move across environments and operate safely in dynamic branches.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards ERP.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly with accuracy and courtesy.
• Submit and code bills and invoices to AP for payment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels.
• Support monthly inventory counts and annual inventory tasks.
• Provide pricing support and resolve inquiries for customers.
• Prepare reports under supervisor guidance.
• Assist teammates with administrative tasks.
