Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Customer Service Representative II in Michigan to handle order entry, pricing, and inventory coordination. You will work with Sales and Operations to ensure product availability and timely responses to customer inquiries, while maintaining accurate records and reports.

The role emphasizes ERP accuracy, teamwork, and delivering great service to customers in a fast-paced environment. Training on JD Edwards is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP; training provided if needed.
• Ability to apply basic math concepts like fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Mobility to move safely across uneven terrain indoors and outdoors.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards ERP.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Submit and code bills/invoices to AP for payment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Support Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare reports under manager’s supervision.
• Aid team members in administrative tasks.
