Qualifications

• Two years of customer service, inside sales, or order-entry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with product catalogs, pricing, inventory, or distribution systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received by phone, email, online, fax, or in person with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide product availability, pricing, lead-times, delivery, and order-status information; prepare quotes.
• Identify appropriate products and substitutions based on customer needs and available information.
• Resolve order-related concerns by coordinating with internal teams (delivery, pricing, returns, credits).
• Monitor backorders and future orders; communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and sales leadership to share customer information and follow up on opportunities.
