Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support order processing, product selection, and inventory management. The role may involve warehouse duties such as stocking, forklift operation, and safe, organized work environment.

Your responsibilities include handling JD Edwards ERP-based order entry, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with Sales/Operations to maintain stock levels while supporting pricing accuracy and reporting tasks.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (training available).
• Ability to apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Mobility to move across uneven terrain indoors and outdoors safely.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Handle electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards ERP.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Submit and code bills and invoices to AP for payment.
• Work with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels to meet customer needs.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory checks.
• Support Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Prepare reports under manager’s supervision.
• Assist team members with administrative tasks.
