This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs. **A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:** * Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner* Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment* Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs* Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory* Support the Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns* Prepare reports under manager’s supervision* Aid team members in administrative tasks**Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:** * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and effectively utilize business systems such as JD Edwards ERP* Comfort using digital collaboration and communication tools, including Microsoft Teams, to support customer service and cross-functional teamwork* Ability to leverage data, reporting tools, and AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making**What You Bring to the Role:** * 2+ years of experience* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite* Willingness to learn JD Edwards (training will be provided)* The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios* Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely* High School Diploma or equivalent**What Makes You a Great Fit:** * You have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills* You have good organizational skills with strong attention to detail* You’re able to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints* You read, write, and speak English fluently**Compensation and Benefits:** * The base compensation for this position ranges from $20.34 to $27.13 per hour.
