Wilbur-Ellis seeks a Customer Service Representative II for a remote role covering WA, OR, and ID. You will handle order entry, respond to sales inquiries, and support inventory management while collaborating with Sales and Operations teams.

The position emphasizes accuracy, communication, and excellent service. You will use JD Edwards ERP, assist with pricing, process invoices, and travel monthly to regional locations, bringing 2+ years of experience and strong MS Office skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training provided).
• Ability to apply basic math concepts (fractions, percentages, ratios).

Mansioni

• Handle electronic order entry and processing.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Submit and code bills and invoices to AP for payment.
• Maintain inventory levels in collaboration with Sales/Operations.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory checks.
• Assist Sales Team with pricing and customer setup.
