Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or related experience preferred; cash handling helpful.
• Willingness to learn and educate customers on bank services.
• Strong communication, mathematical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to demonstrate banking tech to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the retail branch floor with service and solutions.
• Know bank products and services; assess needs and open or process accounts.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks, and other transactions.
• Assist with account maintenance, CD renewals, and online banking demos.
• Balance transactions and cash; support ATM balancing and branch settlement.
• Promote bank products and services; participate in community activities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed.
