Job summary

Chelsea Groton Bank is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (NE-7) to help customers achieve their financial goals through outstanding service, whether processing day-to-day banking transactions or educating customers on bank services.

The role is cross-trained to handle both operational and customer service tasks, with responsibilities including deposits, withdrawals, account maintenance, online banking demos, ATM balancing, and promoting bank products.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer service or related experience.
• Cash handling experience is helpful.
• Must be tech-savvy with banking technology and able to demonstrate features to customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers on the branch floor and educates through experiences, including digital presentations.
• Identifies customer needs, recommends and creates customized solutions, and opens/maintains deposit and credit accounts.
• Performs a variety of transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, etc.).
• Assists with account maintenance, notary services, online banking demonstrations, and mobile banking education.
• Balances cash and transactions, handles ATM balancing and branch settlement, and supports security/audit routines.
• Promotes Chelsea Groton Bank products and maintains involvement in community affairs.
