Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent; 3+ years cash handling and customer service experience.
• Proven coaching ability to train and motivate staff.
• Completed small business, technology, leadership and residential lending milestones.
• Strong verbal and written communication, math and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with banking technology; proficient Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers inside and outside the branch to provide excellent service.
• Supports community networking and refers commercial loans and cash management services.
• Maintains expert knowledge of bank products; opens and processes deposits and credits.
• Interview loan applicants and process consumer and small business loans from application to closing.
• Balances transactions and cash; participates in branch settlement.
• Promotes bank products and ensures regulatory compliance.
