Qualifications

• AS or equivalent; 3+ years cash handling, customer service, lending, supervisory, and problem solving experience.
• Effective coaching experience and ability to train and motivate Financial Care Professionals.
• Completion of small business, technology, leadership and residential lending training milestones.
• Proficient communication, math, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with banking technology and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and responsiveness.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, loan applications and processing as needed.
• Assist customers with account maintenance and banking services.
• Support branch events, onboarding and retention activities.
• Balance transactions and cash, and ensure proper documentation.
