Qualifications

A.S. or equivalent; 3+ years of cash handling, customer service, lending, supervisory, and problem solving experience.
Effective coaching experience and ability to train and motivate Financial Care Professionals.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; tech-savvy with banking tools.

Responsibilities

Proactively engages customers, educates through experiences, and supports branch events.
Develops community relationships and refers loans and cash management services.
Maintains knowledge of Chelsea Groton Bank products; opens and processes consumer and business accounts; cross-sells where appropriate.
Interviews loan applicants and processes loans; coordinates with MLOs; complies with SAFE Act requirements.
Handles a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and card services; assists with account maintenance.
Balances cash and vault, supports ATM operations, and ensures branch security and documentation.
