Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers on the retail floor and educates through experiences.
• Identifies customer needs and creates customized solutions; opens and processes accounts.
• Performs a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments and check cashing.
• Assists with account maintenance and online/mobile banking demonstrations.
• Balances cash and assists with branch opening/closing and security routines.
• Ensures accurate processing and proper documentation of transactions.
• Promotes bank products and participates in community activities.
• Adheres to bank policies and regulatory compliance.
