Job summary

Chelsea Groton Bank is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to deliver outstanding customer service at the branch level in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers with everyday banking needs, explain services, and help them achieve their financial goals.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to work across multiple banking functions, including online and mobile banking demonstrations, with adherence to regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of two years of customer service or related experience required.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task with strong verbal and written communication,数学, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software applications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers on the retail branch floor and educates through digital presentations to provide courteous service.
• Identifies customer needs and recommends customized banking solutions and accounts.
• Handles deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other teller transactions.
• Assists with account maintenance, online banking and mobile banking demonstrations.
• Balances cash and assists with ATM balancing and branch settlements; open/close responsibilities.
• Ensures accurate processing and proper documentation of transactions.
• Promotes bank products and participates in community activities.
• Adheres to bank policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Performs related duties as needed.
