Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and able to demonstrate banking technology to customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; able to multi-task in a branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers on the branch floor and educate through experiences and digital presentations.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services; identify needs and offer customized solutions; process deposits and various accounts.
• Handle transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing and cash handling duties.
• Assist with account maintenance, notary services, online banking, and safety deposit access; ensure accurate documentation.
• Balance cash and assist with ATM balancing; support branch opening/closing and adherence to policies.
