Chelsea Groton Bank is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist (NE9) to deliver outstanding service and guidance to both personal and business customers at all locations. You will process transactions, open and service accounts, and educate clients on financial products to support their goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional knowledge, coaching, and the ability to handle consumer and small business lending needs, while ensuring compliance and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent; 3+ years cash handling, customer service, lending, supervisory, and problem solving experience required.
• Effective coaching experience and ability to train and motivate Financial Care Professionals.
• Proficient with banking technology and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers inside and outside of the branch; informs and educates through experiences including digital and public presentations.
• Develops business with area businesses and refers commercial loans and cash management services to partners.
• Maintains expert knowledge of Bank's products; opens diverse consumer and business deposit accounts and credit solutions.
• Interview loan applicants and refer to MLOs; follow loans from application to closing.
• Demonstrates small business, technology and consumer credit skills for complex needs.
• Balances transactions and cash daily; supports branch operations and settlement.
• Promotes Bank products and participates in community affairs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to bank policies.
