Job summary

Bayer seeks an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate master data, SAP interfaces, and pricing programs, while collaborating with account managers, sales, finance and marketing to optimize logistics and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized/specialty/temperature-sensitive or 3PL‑supported models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization and partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical readiness actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection; oversee third-party operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain partners to develop tailored customer solutions; engage account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory and external partners; maintain project risks and readiness metrics.
