Job summary

Bayer seeks a Supply Chain Operations lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing programs, while ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory and commercial teams to drive process improvements, manage readiness, and maintain strong relationships with account managers, sales and finance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations and act as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risk, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and Bayer readiness.
