Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations lead in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, ensure compliant processes, and drive readiness across data, systems, and government pricing programs.

Collaborating with IT, Regulatory, and commercial teams, you will manage contracts, audits, and cross-functional dependencies, while guiding the PMO with transparency on project risks and milestones.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or 5+ years’ experience in pharma operations or supply chain
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data and system interfaces, and master data management

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup and billing
• Coordinate with Accenture for third-party operations and act as escalation point
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, pricing and government programs
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, QA, and other functions
• Maintain integrated cluster plans, risks, and readiness metrics for PMO leadership
• Engage with industry discussions to reflect evolving external expectations
