Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned operations professional in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient order processing, billing, and cash-collection while driving process improvements and readiness for NDC-12 across data, systems, and government pricing programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare or Info Systems with 5+ years in related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities incl. account setup, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business/supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across data, SAP, serialization, pricing and gov programs.
• Align requirements across IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Legal.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness per trade associations and industry discussions.
