Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations lead in the United States to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery, and high customer satisfaction, coordinating data systems, pricing, and government programs with cross-functional teams across IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in pharma operations and SAP/ERP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards, dependencies and controls with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 implementation and Bayer's readiness approach.
