Job summary

Bayer, a global leader in Pharmaceuticals, seeks an Operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate data, systems, pricing and government programs, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

Team up with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to drive process improvements, readiness, and audit readiness across multiple sites and channels.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations and act as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored solutions; build relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
