Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent; 3+ years cash handling, customer service, lending, supervisory, and problem solving experience.
• Effective coaching experience and ability to train and motivate Financial Care Professionals.
• Completion of small business, technology, leadership and residential lending training milestones.
• Strong communication, math, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers inside and outside of the branch and educates through diverse experiences.
• Develops business by networking, events, and referring commercial loans and cash management services.
• Maintains expert knowledge of Bank products; opens and processes consumer/business accounts and credit solutions.
• Interview loan applicants and refer to MLOs as appropriate; track applications to closing.
• Demonstrates small business, technology and consumer credit skills for complex needs.
• Balances transactions and cash; assists with branch settlement and vault operations.
