You will translate complex needs for apartments/ownership into practical implementations, leverage RealPage solutions, and guide customers through successful deployments while driving efficiency and value. The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and ownership mindset, with travel up to 20% and a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Real Estate or related field.
• 2+ years in account management or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Experience configuring and deploying SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of property management at corporate and property levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and root-cause issues to resolve them and follow through.
• Present to audiences from leasing staff to C-Suite with tailored messaging.
• Maintain expertise in RealPage solutions and best practices for operations.
• Set and manage customer expectations to improve experience and reduce risk.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management to improve processes and visibility.
• Collaborate across the organization to achieve shared goals.
