Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2+ years customer-facing/account management in SaaS or real estate tech.
• Proficiency with SaaS deployments and ROI demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Attentively listen to customers and leverage strong analysis/critical thinking to get to the root of a problem; take ownership of resolution and follow up.
• Navigate complex organizations and communicate to audiences from leasing staff to the C-Suite, tailoring the message.
• Maintain and demonstrate advanced knowledge of RealPage solutions and advise on best practices for customers.
• Independently set and manage customer expectations to enhance experience and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management to improve processes, systems, and documentation.
• Work with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
