Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to work with customers and internal teams to understand business challenges and root-cause issues, crafting scalable, resilient integrated solutions that drive ROI and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate partners with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product to deliver value and guide adoption. Based in Richardson, TX, this role requires strong communication, ownership, and hands-on experience with multifamily real estate technologies,

Qualifications

Customer-facing professional with multifamily real estate tech experience.
3-4 years in account management/support or product roles.
Proficient configuring and deploying SaaS applications that ROI.
Strong understanding of property management at corporate and site levels.
Able to navigate people/data and persuade diverse stakeholders.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

Listen to customers and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
Communicate with stakeholders from leasing staff to C-Suite; tailor messages.
Maintain knowledge of RealPage solutions and advise on best practices.
Set and manage customer expectations to improve experience and reduce risk.
Partner with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product to improve processes and visibility.
Collaborate across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
