RealPage is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect (Arc II) to collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve business challenges and design scalable, integrated solutions that optimize ROI and operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Customer-facing professional with 3–4 years in account management/support, product management/development, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience configuring and deploying SaaS-based applications that scale and prove ROI.
• Strong understanding of property management at corporate and property level.
• Ability to navigate people and data to find answers and persuade diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and own problem resolution with follow-up.
• Communicate to audiences from leasing staff to C-Suite, adjusting messaging as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of RealPage solutions and advise on best practices.
• Set and manage customer expectations to enhance experience and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management to improve processes and visibility for customers and RealPage.
• Work with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
